Kellen Dagger of Initiator?

So, IceFrog really did want to change the name to Kellen's Dagger of Initiator :D The blink range is quite far now. It's as twice of the average range hero (600).
* Increased cast range of Kelen's Dagger
Cast Range increased from 1000 -> 1200.

Bottle

Uh, i really need this. Because without it, the courier cannot refill the bottle (only the upgraded Crow can).
* Undid previous Bottle changes. Bottle now works as follows: Costs 600 gold, does not require mana to refill, auto-fills it when you are near fountain, rune refills it to full, resells at 50% like normal, purchasable at base only, regenerates less than previously, has no usage cooldown.
Currently bottle refills 135 health and 70 mana per usage. And it is no longer in secret shops (Its slot is filled with dagger). Since you no longer needs mana to refill it, the good point is that you can have a courier fetch it

Sange Yasha

As i thought, the 6.50 buff on this items is a bit too much. The buff to the component items also great.
* Improved Sange's percentage and Yasha's percentage, and lowered the recent buff on S&Y a little
Sange: +16 Str, +7 dmg, 7% chance to Maim
Yasha: +16 Agi, +7% attack speed, +7% movement speed
Sange & Yasha: +16 Str, +16 Agi, +14 dmg, +14% AS, +14% MS, 14% chance to Maim

BattleFury

Wow, now Battlefury is cheaper than before. The changing from Mithril Hammer to Broadsword save you a bunch of gold :)
* Changed Battlefury recipe slightly
Battlefury now requires Perseverance + Broadsword + Claymore.

* Replaced Phantom Assassin's Shadow Strike with a different similar ability (132694)
Level 1: Single target 20% for 2 seconds. 40 Pure Damage(Half damage to heroes).
600 Cast Range. 35 Mana. 10 Seconds Cooldown.
Level 2: Single target 25% for 2.75 seconds. 80 Pure Damage(Half damage to heroes).
600 Cast Range. 30 Mana. 10 Seconds Cooldown.
Level 3: Single target 30% for 3.5 seconds. 120 Pure Damage(Half damage to heroes).
600 Cast Range. 30 Mana. 10 Seconds Cooldown.
Level 4: Single target 35% for 4.25 seconds. 160 Pure Damage(Half damage to heroes).
600 Cast Range. 25. 10 Seconds Cooldown.


* Fixed Vladmir's Offering sell cost
Sell cost from 1537 -> 1037 -thanks Ner'Zhul.

* Minor bonus armor in True Form
Gives +2/4/6 armor.

* Improved Shuriken Toss cast range
Cast Range increased from 300 -> 650

* Lowered Elder Dragon Form's manacost and cooldown a little
Costs 50 mana, 100 sec cooldown on all levels.

* Changed Phantom Edge's secondary ability from evasion to magic resistance
Adds 10/15/20% magic resistance.

* Lowered level 1 and 2 cast range on Replicate
Replicate's Cast Range is now 700/1100/1500.

* Lowered Phantom Assassin's cast animation time
Cast Point/Backswing in seconds from 0.5/0.83 -> 0.3/0.5

* Lowered Manta Style's cooldown a bit
Cooldown from 50 -> 40 secs.

* Fixed some inconsistencies with tower visions (TheLoneWolf14)
Changed Scourge Towers vision during the day/night from 1600/800 to 1900/800, same as Sentinel.

  2. @Leo - yeah, i think IceFrog give too much buff for SnY on 6.50. But in this version, looks like BattleFury is going to be a nice item to buy :D

  3. Though, the maim is rounded to the nearest 5th percent. So, nothing really changes there. And if you get the yasha along with it, the only difference between this version and 6.50 is a 2 damage nerf.

  4. @anonymous - Are you sure that the maim rounded into the nearest 5th percent? Could you tell us the source? Because i never hear that in the mechanic forum on dota-allstars.com before

    About Sange & Yasha, it's not only the maim and damage, but the ms and as bonus also get reduced.

  5. Don't have a link to the post, but it's in the dota-allstars mechanics forum. It's a limitation in the warcraft engine, and this also applies to critical strikes (although Chaos Knight is the only one affected at 11%.)

    What I was referring to was the stacking of SnY and Yasha for the absurd ms bonuses. Although SnY was nerfed by 2%, Yasha got buffed by the same amount, and they stack additively.
