Heroes

Anti-Mage
- Mana Void AoE increased from 275 to 325
- Strength changed from 16 +1.5 to 20 +1.2

Axe
- Battle Hunger duration reduced from 10/15/20/25 to 10/13/16/19 and increased damage to keep the same total damage output

Bane Elemental
- Fiend's Grip manacost increased from 100/175/250 to 200/300/400

Batrider
- Reduced base damage from 64-70 to 48-52
- Sticky Napalm fixed from doing a higher constant slow instead of stacking and starting lower
- Sticky Napalm manacost increased from 15 to 20

Blood Seeker
- Base armor reduced by 2 points

Bone Fletcher
- Strafe changed from 50/60/70/80 AS for 10 seconds to 90 AS for 4/6/8/10 seconds

Bounty Hunter
- Imported a custom model for him that has his selection box fixed

Bristleback
- Warpath's attack speed increase changed to bonus damage (10/20/30 base with 4/8/12 bonus per stack)

Broodmother
- Insatiable Hunger lifesteal increased from 40/55/70% to 40/60/80%
- Insatiable Hunger duration increased from 12 to 14 seconds

Centaur Warchief
-Double Edge manacost removed
-Double Edge can no longer cause a suicide

Chaos Knight
- Phantasm cooldown decreased from 180 to 180/160/140

Clockwerk
- Rocket Flare vision reduced from 5/10/15/20 to 10 seconds
- Battery Assault damage reduced from 20/40/60/80 to 10/30/50/70

Dark Seer
- Ion Shell manacost increased from 60/80/100/120 to 70/90/110/130
- Wall of Replica no longer replicates allies
- Wall of Replica now deals 125 damage each time it affects an enemy hero
- Wall of Replica illusions damage improved from 35% to 60%

Drow Ranger
- Attack range increased from 600 to 625

Earthshaker
- Echo Slam now deals half bonus damage from corpses instead of full

Enchantress
- Strength growth decreased from 2.0 to 1.0

Furion
- Teleportation cooldown from 60/50/40/30 to 50/40/30/20
- Wrath of Nature now has a global cast range

Huskar
- Berserker's Blood stacking cap of attack speed and damage removed

- Healing Ward cooldown reduced from 75 to 60

-- On Death: Heals 450 HP and 400 MP of alied units in 1700 aoe
-- Loses 1 charge per death
-- Gold lost on death is reduced by 20% (40% if Bloodstone has charges)
-- Respawn time is reduced by 10% (20% if Bloodstone has charges)

New Bloodstone:

Boots of Travel
- Movement speed increased from 90 to 95

Dagon
- Manacost reduced from 245/225/205/185/165 -> 180/160/140/120/100

Eul's Scepter
- Movement bonus increased from 20 to 25
- Now requires a sobi mask instead of a Robe of the Magi (100% Mana regen -> 125%, 16 Int->10 Int, 125 cheaper recipe).

Energy Booster
- Now available for purchase in the side shops

Force Staff
- Manacost decreased from 100 to 25
- Cooldown decreased from 30 to 25

Heart of Tarrasque
- Regenerates only while you are out of combat (haven't taken damage from player units for 10 seconds)
- Regeneration increased from 1% to 2%

Kelen's Dagger
- Cooldown decreased from 18 to 14

Khadgar's Pipe of Insight
- Recipe uses Headdress of Rejuvenation instead of Buckler. Loses armor bonus.
- Can no longer affect the same unit more than once every 50 seconds

  3. @above - Yeah, at first look, i think those boots changes will caused confuse for some period. I think these huge changes can shift the current metagame and hopefully make some unused heroes become viable on competitive scene.

  10. the boots are confusing, in some way thay are like reversed in recipe and bonuses, like PB is just for MS and dmg but now it also has a bonus in AS. now PT is only for MS + attributes..


    also, i kinda dislike the change in mjolnir,. for agi type heroes, the 35 agi is really needed for dmg and AS not to mention the bonus armor it gives.. but maybe i can get use to it by applying it to str bashers like slardar (faster AS + bash + buff + amplify) maybe if he stunned troll first troll may be the one who will never wake up.. i haven't tried the map yet but i wish that the orb effect on mjol will be remove cause i really like this item..

    mjo is one of my fav items too,.. i think it is nerfed on agi heroes, but buffed for str heroes.. i guess no int type hero would need mjo,..

    all of you are focusing on boots, lets just try it first and see if it would really change a lot,. @ item BLOODSTONE, before getting a charge is really difficult if in a 5v5 situation right? but now it is easier, assume in a clash and all your enemy died and you survived that is an instant of 5 charges.. but the nerfed is i think it has no bonus hp regen, i'm not sure cause i haven't tried the map yet..

    i think its just right to balance the unending supremacy of regen by int heroes like krob with 4 charge and above, her life just keeps coming back..

    too bad for the nerf on the base dmg of batrider,, i like to use him because of that high dmg..

    another hero i like to use is dark seer, especially on 4v4 and 5v5 games.. i'm like the one who will laugh if the enemies will use all their skill and ulti's at our team knowing that its just illusions,, too bad it won't work anymore

  17. Just two ways i won´t be buying Power treads.
    Playing a dps hero or waiting for Boot of travel.
    All in all, i think PT have gain a nice buff.

    $$$ 1850->1400
    MS 65->70
    16 int!!!! Thats a lot for a single slot 1400$ item

  18. the hp regen on bloodstone that was remove was on the charges.. it only adds bonus mp regen...

    8 charges = +8mp/second
    no more added hp regen just the default of 6hp/secong


    the new PT will most probably be used by int heroes, the +16 int will be really useful and the added MS


    the barrier on the new pipe was nerfed and quite confusing for that 50sec.. they should have just increase the cd to about just 30sec or something. thats just my opinion

  20. As disappointed in the loss of HP/sec per charge with bloodstone, I gotta think the item is now super great for Storm Panda. Storm Panda can be around for every kill thanks to his ulti, and will get the MP regen he needs to unleash his full potential.

  21. Wow i missed the no extra hp regen for bloodstone charges my first read through. Holy shit bloodstone has taking a huge beating these past few versions. Maybe its now the worst item, right with the new heart and treads. @ABOVE maybe the 1 hero that could use it is panda, since its not like he will be losing half the charges anyway..

    @troll buff : lol icefrog why not just give him max ias +100% bash so u dont have to worry about constantly buffing pub stompers. Unless u wanna give him max ms also? Lol fail.

    Way to nerf clock and D.S., heroes with the same skillsets for over a year, and only over the past few months they are discovered for being truly strong, and then u nerf the shit outa them..

    Notice everyhero buffed is a carry/agi hero. Maybe pubs will like this but for the rest of us that dont wanna random/pick morted or drow...

  23. The ballance changes in this new version are very good. Them most permabanned Imbaheroes got nerved and some rarely played heroes got buffed (not only direct but passive by itemchanges).
    This is by far the best map for compatitive DotA since the .48 times.

    And for the Publicplayers whining about imba Pubstomp heroes: With skill you can stomp EVERY Pub with almost every hero if you have the skill to.

  29. This is full of stupid changes...
    the number one fail being the Power Treads (you people need to learn how to spell "treads", especially when it's right there on the freaking changelog you're reading", number two probably being the Broodmother buffs (she doesn't NEED to be buffed any more than she already has been...).

    I don't understand what IceFrog is thinking with this version, but he was obviously on drugs or something when he decided to make these changes. The only real sensible changes are the Batrider and TC changes. Thank God.

  30. some very good changes, but really, with the heart and bloodstone , they provided together the best hp regeneration ,now they both suck, change them back, as for the treads, they became alot better for int heroes, the 16 int + 70 movespeed are a good help for int heroes, so many heroes like broodmother/troll and others who were already so strong , got even stronger

    pretty good changes. forces players to focus more on team play rather than building up their own heroes.

    well... depending on what hero they are using.

    although thanks to the change of items, most of the item strategies for heroes (well... my strategies) changed. anyway... it is worth a try.
